Titrating your feedstock oil is not difficult. I started with this 'recipe' and still use it today!    This is the starting point of biodiesel-making.  With Titration, the Free Fatty Acid (FFA) content of that particular batch of oil is tested to establish how much caustic is required.   The Titration step in the biodiesel making process cannot be ignored.  The 5 minutes it takes, potentially saves you money and time, and ensures the best possible quality biodiesel is produced.
