The Dry Wash system operates at 30 litre per hour flow rate. She is built to last, is ultra user-friendly with a tiny footprint (approximately 200L x 100W x 150cm high). She runs on a one-pump system and is ideal for the individual, farmer or small fleet owner to whom self-sufficiency is important. Allowing yourself the maximum settling time will ensure a top-grade product you can use with confidence.

Bioman 50 litre Unit
Due to ongoing research and development, with the emphasis being on what the client's requirements are, changes to unit design is ongoing.
The new Bioman 1500 unit is ideal for the operator with a sustainable supply of feedstock oil. It incorporates 180-200 litres/hour Dry Wash flow rate; is semi-automated and equipped with electrical control box running on 3-phase power.

The 150 litre capacity unit is ideal for an Entrepreneurial start-up.
The Bioman 150 is small enough to be sustainable; yet big enough to produce 3000 litres per month.
She's upgradable; easy to operate and can be paired with either 30 or 100L/hr Dry Wash columns.
Bioman Extended 50 litre Unit
With this configuration this 50 litre unit with added settling tanks is able to produce about 100 liters per day with multiple lines for increased production. Sleek design, easy to use.
